THEORETICAL APPROACHES - SUPPORTIVE PATHWAYS

Cognitive Behavioral Techniques (CBT) & Behavioral Approaches:

Focuses on role of thoughts, emotions, and behaviors helping to change unhelpful patterns and behaviors. Can emphasize accepting thoughts and feelings as they are, while committing to actions aligned with core values. Aims increase psychological flexibility and helps to engage more fulling in meaningful activities

Humanistic, Person- Centered

& Solution Based Approaches:

All three of these assume people are inherently capable of change, healing and self-actualization with therapists acting as a partner. Therapy is a collaborative relationship that creates space for exploration and empowerment. These approaches honor trust, mutual respect and authenticity. The client’s perspective, autonomy and inner resources drive the process. Strengths, resources, and future-focused solutions are prioritized for healing, growing and reaching potential.

Neurobiological Approach

Aims to regulate the nervous system, promote brain integration and support healing at the physiological level—processing from the body-to-brain (bottom-up processing) as well as brain-to-body (top-down processing). Informed by neuroscience and physiology combining with how the brain, nervous system and trauma and other experiences interact.

Experiential Therapy:

Helps clients access and process deep emotions and memories by engaging in active present-moment experiences. The goal is to feel and integrate emotions in real-time, not exclusively talk about them intellectually.

Therapy Services

Fee Schedule

I offer a range of services tailored to meet your mental health needs as individual clients as well as families. My practice operates on a private-pay basis and does not process insurance claims. This means you will self pay and may receive out-of-network reimbursement by insurance companies. After receiving services, you will be provided a detailed invoice (superbill) containing the necessary information for potential reimbursement.

Fees Schedule: (not inclusive of all services rendered nor charged)

Virtual or Phone Initial Consultation (15 min): $0

Initial Diagnostic Assessment (60 to 90 min): $200-$300

Individual, Parents, or Family Therapy Session (50min): $185-$200

Under the No Surprises Act, you have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate detailing the expected costs of our services.

For those seeking insurance reimbursement, contact your insurance provider to check your out-of-network mental health coverage. Ask about reimbursement rates, pre-authorization requirements, and the need for referrals. Be aware that many plans have a separate deductible for out-of-network services, which must be met before reimbursement begins. After our sessions, submit the provided superbill to your insurance company.

Please note that submitting claims to your insurance company may involve sharing your treatment information, as insurance companies might request access to your records for processing. Additionally, insurance companies' reimbursement rates and policies differ, and some may have specific requirements or limitations.

I understand that navigating insurance matters can be complex. Please reach out if you have any questions or need assistance understanding this process. I'm here to help ensure you have all the necessary information to make informed decisions about your care.
